sit through  (공연, 영화, 스피치 등)이 끝날 때까지 쭉 앉아서 버티다

• Just watching a DVD. He normally falls asleep, you know, but he sat through this one.
• We had to sit through the whole speech.
• I just sat through the entire credits of Black Panther.
